This video is an exploration of the overuse of analog, celluloid, and VHS effects in commercial editing. These effects, often reduced to downloadable templates for quick visual appeal, are typically applied indiscriminately across projects. This work-in-progress video takes an approach by constructing an entire work solely from these templates, challenging their aesthetic function and questioning the boundaries between originality and mass-produced visual culture.
